Catherine leads our people strategy and plays a key role in fostering a positive, high-performing workplace culture. Leading a small team of passionate and dedicated professionals, the People & Capability team are focused on the delivery of activities and initiatives, spanning human resources and health and safety at work policies and programmes, organisational change, recruitment and selection, reward and recognition, diversity and inclusion, leadership development, talent growth, career pathway planning and employee related health, safety and wellbeing.
Working alongside senior leaders and people managers, Catherine offers coaching and guidance on people-related matters, supporting them to build confidence and lead their teams well as they grow in their careers.
In her spare time, Catherine oversees employment relations and ensures the organisation meets all legal and compliance requirements. With a strong focus on safety, wellbeing, and our employer brand, she is committed to creating an environment where people can thrive, contribute, and develop their careers.
