Elad is a specialist in Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery, with expertise in the diagnosis and surgical treatment of head and neck tumors, thyroid and salivary gland disorders, including minimally invasive endoscopic procedures.

He obtained my medical degree from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and completed his specialist training in Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery at Sheba Medical Center, one of the world’s leading hospitals. During training, Elad developed a special interest in head and neck oncologic and reconstructive surgery, as well as advanced endoscopic techniques for salivary gland disorders.

To further refine his expertise, Elad undertook a subspecialty fellowship in oncologic head and neck surgery at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, a world-renowned cancer hospital. There, he specialised in complex tumor resections of the head and neck, as well as advanced surgical procedures for thyroid, salivary gland, oral cavity, and laryngeal tumors.

Elad has a particular passion for minimally invasive, endoscopic techniques for treating salivary gland disease and am proud to be a faculty member of the International Multidisciplinary Salivary Gland Society being among the few specialists in New Zealand offering this cutting-edge technique.
